Lixin Azarmehr has led JL Real Estate Development as its Chief Executive Officer since the company’s founding in 2015, and currently oversees all its business operations and management in the United States. Lixin’s rise to the top of JL Real Estate Development (JL RED) is the culmination of an extraordinary international career spanning nearly three decades, and preeminence in innumerable fields of study. The company’s swift rise in the U.S. is a testament both to Lixin’s business acumen and to the collective strategic vision shared by Lixin and Chairman Huo.

Through Lixin Azarmehr’s tireless dedication, at the earliest stage of its operations, the company developed three residential projects on prime real estate in Venice Beach in Los Angeles. Working in tandem with a local developer, JL RED doubled their profit at the coveted locations.

A testament to Lixin Azarmher’s unceasing drive for success, Ms. Azarmehr led the team through a landmark entitlement process for a mixed-use project located on Vermont and Wilshire in Los Angeles. Over 150 people from the local community were inspired to come to the LA City Hall in support of the project. The project is estimated to bring more than 2,000 jobs to the local community, with the company alone projected to boost the local economy by 2.7%.

In addition, the company acquired an expansive residential property in Bel Air, and began plans to develop a 31,000 sf spec home that is estimated to be worth more than a hundred of millions dollars upon completion. Working closely with one of LA’s most sought-after architects, the development of this home will become a symbol of modernity, luxury and life amongst LA’s elite.

In the city of Las Vegas, Lixin Azarmehr spearheaded the entitlement process for three properties to be developed into extensive skilled nursing facilities. It is Ms. Azarmehr’s vision to change the landscape of Skilled Nursing, and raise the bar for healthcare institutions by making them feel like luxury resorts rather than institutions, where patients are cared for rather than being treated as just another number in the queue.

Before joining the Company, Lixin Azarmehr was a successful entrepreneur and business executive in international businesses. Over 20 years of her career, she has accumulated profound success in international mergers and acquisitions across the industries of manufacturing, consulting and finance.

Lixin Azarmehr is a licensed attorney in the State of California with specialties in real estate law, corporate law, and immigration law. She holds a Juris Doctor degree, Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
